Arcadia is a city built by Donald Walton, the brother of Elijah and an uncle to Vivian. It is deemed as the "City of Tomorrow", and it is an utopian city where everyone is living a life of luxury, at the cost of said life being broadcasted 24/7/365. There was another Arcadia before this one, now called Old Arcadia, built by Elijah Walton.
